“The team were so efficient and worked really hard on a hot day to clear the council flat of my 91 year old dad who has dementia and had gone into care following the death of our mum. The flat was grubby by any standard but they never complained. More importantly they were exceptionally kind about how hard our family were finding the difficult situation.
